This is 4th and final week of my weight loss diet. To all those people, my peeps and friends here in youtube who’ve been following my weekly progress, a HUGE thank you. I will not be able to finish this journey with out your views, feedbacks and supports. And for those people who are struggling with their weight and keeping up with their diet, please stay focus and aim for your goal. As they always said, HEALTH and well being must come FIRST. And with that thank you very much. As part of my diet plan and little research, each cup of cheerios contains 100 calories with 11% dietary fiber. And if I multiply that by 5 cups each day the total calories would be 500. Soymilk has 90 calories each glass (8 oz) with 10 grams of protein. So, by multiplying 90 x 5 each day I will be able to consumed at least 450 calories. And for a banana, it also helped me lost an ample amount of weight because it’s rich in potassium at about 602 mg and only carries 140 calories for a regular size of banana. It has also 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Therefore, if each banana has 140 x 5 it will be equaled to 700 calories per day. By adding all those calories, my total calories intake will be 1650, which is normal for my age, height and type of sport’s activity that I do. In my observation, I would be able to loose more weight if I decided to add more cardio exercises and spend more hours in the gym lifting weights for at least 90-120 minutes each day.
